Nederlands Diagnostics is seeking a compassionate, detailed-oriented, and dynamic Registered Nurse to join our clinic team. The ideal candidate will assist in patient intake, perform diagnostic and nursing procedures, coordinate with physicians, and ensure smooth clinic operations and high-quality patient care.
Patient Care & Nursing Procedures:
Welcome patients, record vital signs, take medical histories, and prepare patients for consultations or diagnostic procedures.
Perform nursing interventions such as blood drawing (phlebotomy), IV insertion, specimen collection, and administration of medications/vaccinations as ordered by physicians.
Clinical & Record Management:
Accurately enter and update patient details, vitals, and nursing notes in the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system.
Prepare, sanitize, and manage clinic examination rooms, diagnostic equipment, and medical supplies.
Doctor & Team Coordination:
Work alongside General Practitioners, radiographers, medical technologists, and other healthcare staff to coordinate efficient patient care.
Assist doctors during physical examinations and minor clinical procedures.
Emergency & Safety Management:
Respond promptly to medical emergencies and provide initial basic life support or triage as required.
Adhere strictly to infection control policies, biohazard waste disposal guidelines, and safety protocols.
Working Pattern: 5.5 Days Working
Monday – Friday: 9 Hours per day (includes 1-hour break)
Saturday: Half Day
Sunday: OFF (All Sundays Off)
Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
Licensure: Valid and active PRC License as a Registered Nurse.
Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) / Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification is an advantage.
Skills: Strong phlebotomy skills, proficiency in EMR software/clinical management systems, excellent patient care, and effective communication skills.
Experience: Open to both fresh board passers and experienced nurses.
