Qualifications

• 3 years minimum experience in Operations or Supply Chain in the telecoms industry.
• Understanding or experience of the trade-in market preferred.
• Ability to drive change and deliver results on deadlines.
• Proven account management and leadership skills.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong financial acumen and understanding of P&L management.

Responsibilities

• Drive profitable use of the trade-in programmes across all channels in the region.
• Develop and deploy the physical trade-in infrastructure.
• Review and robustly challenge business cases for new opportunities before seeking approval.
• Own operational and commercial relationships with back-end trade-in suppliers.
• Manage buy and sell pricing to optimize margins.
• Define future strategic direction of trade-in with Finance, Sales and operations.
• Plan and execute operational and commercial changes to improve customer experience.
• Achieve KPI targets and monitor performance.
• Regularly review competitor markets to identify gaps and opportunities.
• Collaborate with the global group to optimise trade-in as a product.
