Intellipro Solutions Philippines Corp. is seeking an experienced Asset Manager to oversee the lifecycle, utilization, and value of mobile devices and other electronic assets across Southeast Asia.

The role combines asset management, device operations, supply chain, commercial management, pricing, inventory control, and partner management to maximize device portfolio value and profitability while maintaining strong controls and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in Asset Management, Device Operations, Supply Chain, Operations, or Commercial Operations.
• Experience managing mobile devices and consumer electronics.
• Experience in device lifecycle management, asset recovery, trade-in/buyback, reverse logistics, refurbishment, or resale operations.
• Strong understanding of asset valuation, pricing, depreciation, inventory management, and commercial operations.
• Experience with device suppliers, vendors, resellers, refurbishment partners, or logistics providers.
• Strong analytical and financial skills; ability to assess asset values, margins, costs, and profitability.
• Experience with P&L management, financial analysis, or business case development.
• Proven ability to manage regional or multi-market operations and work with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong project management, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong influencing, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, including ability to engage senior stakeholders.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong ownership of asset accuracy, controls, and operational performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the end-to-end lifecycle management of mobile phones and other electronic devices across Southeast Asia.
• Manage the acquisition, allocation, tracking, recovery, resale, refurbishment, and disposal of electronic assets.
• Develop and implement asset management processes, policies, and controls to improve asset utilization and minimize losses.
• Monitor and manage device inventory, asset movements, stock levels, and asset records across markets and channels.
• Manage buying, selling, and valuation of devices to maximize asset value and profitability.
• Analyze device pricing, depreciation, market values, and demand to support decisions.
• Work closely with suppliers, refurbishment partners, logistics providers, resellers, and external partners for asset movement.
• Identify opportunities to improve asset utilization, recovery value, and cost management.
• Develop business cases and recommendations for new asset management initiatives and programs.
• Monitor KPIs like inventory accuracy, utilization, recovery rates, and margins.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Asset Manager to oversee and optimize the lifecycle, utilization, and commercial value of mobile devices and other electronic assets across Southeast Asia.

This is a regional role combining asset management, device operations, supply chain, commercial management, pricing, inventory management, and partner management. You will be responsible for ensuring that mobile phones, tablets, laptops, and other electronic devices are effectively managed throughout their lifecycle — from acquisition and deployment through recovery, resale, refurbishment, and final disposition.

The role will play a key part in maximizing the value, efficiency, and profitability of the company's device portfolio while ensuring strong operational controls and effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the end-to-end lifecycle management of mobile phones and other electronic devices across Southeast Asia.

• Manage the acquisition, allocation, tracking, recovery, resale, refurbishment, and disposal of electronic assets.

• Develop and implement effective asset management processes, policies, and controls to improve asset utilization and minimize losses.

• Monitor and manage device inventory, asset movements, stock levels, and asset records across multiple markets and channels.

• Manage buying, selling, and valuation of devices to maximize asset value and overall profitability.

• Analyze device pricing, depreciation, market values, and demand to support commercial and asset management decisions.

• Work closely with suppliers, refurbishment partners, logistics providers, resellers, and other external partners to ensure efficient asset movement and disposition.

• Identify opportunities to improve asset utilization, recovery value, operational efficiency, and cost management.

• Develop business cases and recommendations for new asset management initiatives, device programs, and commercial opportunities.

• Monitor key asset management KPIs, including inventory accuracy, asset utilization, recovery rates, turnaround time, device value, margins, and financial performance.

• Conduct regular market and competitor analysis to understand device pricing, resale values, demand trends, and emerging opportunities.

• Partner closely with Finance, Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, and Business teams to ensure effective management of the device portfolio.

• Establish and maintain strong operational and commercial relationships with key partners and stakeholders.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and standardize best practices across regional markets.

• Collaborate with regional and global teams to share best practices and leverage local market knowledge.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in Asset Management, Device Operations, Supply Chain, Operations, or Commercial Operations, preferably within the Telecommunications, Technology, Electronics, or Mobile Devices industry.

• Experience managing mobile phones, tablets, laptops, consumer electronics, or other technology assets is highly preferred.

• Experience in device lifecycle management, asset recovery, trade-in/buyback, reverse logistics, refurbishment, or resale operations is a strong advantage.

• Strong understanding of asset valuation, pricing, depreciation, inventory management, and commercial operations.

• Experience working with device suppliers, vendors, resellers, refurbishment partners, or logistics providers.

• Strong analytical and financial skills, with the ability to assess asset values, margins, costs, and profitability.
