Qualifications

• Minimum of 7-10 years maintenance experience and at least 5 years maintenance management experience.
• Quality Control Experience.
• Knowledge in Mechanical, Electrical, and Quality Control.
• Knowledge in Operational Maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain a maintenance management system.
• Ensure maintenance teams are trained, equipped, and motivated.
• Initiate projects to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Monitor use and inventories of spare parts.
• Manage data collection for maintenance services.
• Analyze maintenance data for service improvement.
