Job summary

Neolytix, a healthcare services and technology organization, seeks a Regional HR Business Partner to support the Philippines, Latin America, and the United States. You will guide workforce planning, employee relations, and policy administration while partnering with leaders on organizational change and talent development.

You will analyze regional metrics, ensure compliance, and drive initiatives to engage distributed teams, delivering value across regions and ensuring a consistent employee

Qualifications

• Experience guiding HR policy across multiple regions.
• Strong advisory skills for business leaders on organizational structure and people decisions.
• Ability to translate business objectives into regional people plans and programs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee employee-relations matters including investigations and corrective actions.
• Guide managers on performance improvement, coaching, and employee development plans.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure compliant HR practices across regions.
• Develop and implement regional talent reviews, succession planning, and leadership development.
• Analyze regional people metrics and report insights to leadership.
• Support engagement initiatives to promote inclusive, productive cultures.
