Job summary

Skyro is a fast-growing fintech company seeking a Business Development Regional Officer (SME) to drive growth in the Philippines. You will acquire SME clients, build strategic partnerships, expand merchant networks, and achieve revenue and portfolio growth targets while coordinating with operations, credit, and marketing teams.

The role requires 3–5+ years in business development or fintech, strong sales discipline, and a proven ability to manage complex relationships.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Marketing or related field.
3–5+ years of experience in business development, SME banking, fintech, or financial services.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Experience in digital payments, lending, or financial products is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

Identify, target, and onboard SME clients within the assigned region.
Drive adoption of fintech products such as digital payments, POS solutions, and lending products.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and revenue targets.
Develop regional business development strategies aligned with company objectives.
Build and maintain relationships with SME owners and key stakeholders.
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports and manage CRM records.
