Skyro is a fast-growing fintech company expanding its regional reach in the Philippines. The Business Development Regional Officer will drive SME client acquisition, build partnerships, and expand merchant networks while achieving revenue and portfolio growth targets.

The role focuses on promoting digital payments, POS solutions, lending, and other fintech offerings, coordinating with operations and marketing to implement regional campaigns and sustain client engagement.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience in business development, SME banking, fintech, or financial services.
• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, or related field is required.
• Experience with digital payments or financial products is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Identify SME clients in the assigned region and onboard new accounts.
• Drive growth by promoting fintech products and building strategic partnerships.
• Present products, conduct demos, and support client adoption and retention.
• Maintain CRM records, report performance, and monitor KPI progress.
