Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or related field required.
• 7–10+ years in office administration or related roles.
• Proficiency in MS Office and report preparation.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.
• Strong business management understanding and discretion.
• Proactive with leadership ability.
• Able to manage budgets and timelines.
• Capable of working in a fast-paced environment with high service levels.
• Ethical and professional conduct.

Responsibilities

• Act as operational administrator for the Philippines region.
• Implement and review process improvements to boost efficiency and profitability.
• Assess staffing and facilities needs and plan accordingly.
• Oversee office facilities contracts and service providers.
• Manage space and resources across Philippine offices.
• Maintain quality administrative services and resolve issues.
• Supervise regional support staff and staffing recommendations.
• Prepare and oversee operating and capital budgets.
• Manage regional finance policies, timekeeping and expenses.
• Track budget performance and report variances.
• Generate weekly operational reports for leaders.
• Assist with new office locations, relocations, remodels, closures.
• Maintain safe, secure, and compliant working environments.
