Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a Learning & Development Specialist – Corporate Training to design, develop, coordinate, and deliver learning programs for corporate professionals. The role requires strong training expertise, facilitation, creativity, and project coordination to align with client and organizational goals.

The candidate will conduct TNA, develop content, design activities, and manage logistics for end-to-end learning sessions, with onsite work and occasional field travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, HRM, Education, or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in Training, Learning & Development.
• Experience delivering corporate training for professionals.
• Hands-on Training Needs Analysis or learning needs assessments.
• Experience developing training programs, materials, and activities.
• Strong presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and project coordination abilities.
• Willingness to work onsite and travel for fieldwork.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Training Needs Analysis for client engagements.
• Analyze findings and prepare insightful reports with recommendations.
• Research and develop customized learning content based on client needs.
• Design engaging training activities, exercises, simulations, and case studies.
• Develop high-impact training materials including workbooks and decks.
• Facilitate or support delivery of corporate training programs.
• Lead energizers, simulations, group activities, and learning exercises.
• Coordinate training logistics end-to-end.
• Document training sessions with feedback, outputs and flow.
• Prepare post-workshop reports and training documentation.
• Support other Learning & Development projects as assigned.
