Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of regional sales management or sell-out operations experience.
• Strong proficiency in sales data analysis, market research, and reporting tools.
• Solid understanding of regional sales strategies, retail execution, and promotional activities.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and achieve sales targets.
• Willingness to travel frequently for on-site execution.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional sell-out strategies aligned with business objectives
• Communicate and manage regional sales targets across sales teams and partners
• Monitor performance and adjust plans based on real-time data and market insights
• Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges; recommend actions
• Prepare and present sell-out reports to senior management with improvement strategies
• Use data analytics to pinpoint sales drivers and implement corrective measures
• Collaborate with regional teams, key accounts, and external partners to drive growth
• Ensure cross-functional alignment with Marketing, Product, and Logistics teams
• Plan and oversee regional promotional activities to boost sell-out performance
• Evaluate promotion effectiveness and refine strategies to maximize ROI
