You will maintain CRM records and collaborate with marketing to execute campaigns and participate in industry events.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in sales or account management, preferably in pharma/healthcare.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret market data.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel in Bicol area.

Responsibilities

• Establish and nurture relationships with retail pharmacy owners, purchasing managers, and other key decision-makers.
• Pursue new sales opportunities within your assigned territory.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues or concerns.
• Accurately record and update customer information and sales activities in the company CRM system.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted promotional campaigns.
• Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and industry events to showcase products.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
• Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.
