Paramount Life & General Insurance Corporation is seeking a Sales & Marketing Officer at our Davao branch to drive growth by identifying new business opportunities and building strong client and partner relationships.

The role involves coordinating with agents, producers, dealers, and the underwriting team to convert prospects into valuable business. The position requires field activity, regular client visits, and adherence to company policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business Management or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in sales, marketing, business development, or related field.
• Experience in insurance, banking, financial services, dealer, or corporate accounts is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the Davao/Tagum market and surrounding business segments.
• Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients, agents, producers, dealers, and business partners.
• Develop and refer prospective agents/producers and support their business development activities.
• Prospect for corporate, dealer, and institutional accounts and endorse qualified opportunities for evaluation.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline, ensuring prospects are properly tracked and followed up on.
• Conduct regular client, producer, dealer calls, visits, and presentations to generate qualified opportunities.
• Coordinate with the Underwriting team by providing complete and timely client and account information.
• Identify opportunities for additional business through strong client and producer relationships.
• Monitor marketing activities and provide accurate and timely pipeline and activity reports.
• Ensure compliance with branch directives, company policies, and established processes.
