Job summary

Power Tractire Inc in Mindanao seeks a Regional Sales Manager to lead and grow sales operations across Mindanao, building strong dealer, distributor, and key account relationships. The role requires 3–5 years of regional leadership in automotive sales and willingness to travel.

You will develop and implement sales strategies to hit targets, monitor market trends, and guide the regional sales team to achieve objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• 3–5 years of Regional Sales Manager experience.
• Experience in tires, lubricants, automotive parts or related products is an advantage.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
• Willing to travel within Mindanao and be assigned there.
