Qualifications

• Graduate of any 4-year business-related course.
• Veterinary Medicine or Animal Science degree is an advantage.
• At least 5 years in a related industry in an RSM capacity or 4 years sales experience in distribution.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate dealer and end-user market in the assigned region.
• Develop, evaluate and monitor regional placement strategies and business approach.
• Establish and maintain professional distributor relationships as a core strategy.
• Support distributors and customers; align regional support with customer needs.
• Conduct Business Reviews with customers and set tactical implementation plans.
• Review and maintain pricing consistency; provide pricing recommendations.
• Monitor regional KRAs and perform territory performance reviews.
• Help manage accounts receivable in the region through efficient collections.

Education

4-year business-related degree

Veterinary Medicine or Animal Science degree (advantage)
