Job summary

Aboitiz Foods in the Philippines is seeking a Regional Sales Manager – Pet Food to drive sustainable sales growth across assigned markets. You will lead and develop the sales team, expand distributor networks, and build key accounts while ensuring exceptional customer experience.

This role requires 8-10 years in sales with leadership experience, a Bachelor's in Business/Marketing, and willingness to travel. You will manage pricing, promotions, and P&L to deliver profitable growth.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of progressive sales experience in Pet Food or related industries.
• 7–10 years of experience leading sales teams, territories, distributors, or key accounts.
• Strong skills in sales planning, revenue management, and budgeting.
• Experience with distributor/channel management and key accounts.
• Willing to travel regularly.
• Valid driver's license may be required.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth and revenue in the assigned market.
• Expand the customer base including pet shops, clinics, supermarkets, online platforms.
• Lead and develop sales team; set performance expectations.
• Manage distributor network and ensure compliance with policies.
• Forecast sales, budgets, receivables, and monitor market trends.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure product availability.
• Provide training and presentations to customers and prospects.
• Manage PNL and pricing/promotions for profitability.
