Qualifications

• At least a graduate of any 4-year business-related course and with a degree in Veterinary Medicine or Animal Science an advantage.
• At least 5 years working experience in a related industry in an RSM capacity or 4 years sales experience in the distribution business.

Responsibilities

• Executes sales strategy and targets across the region, leading and motivating the sales team.
• Manages dealer and end-user markets and coordinates with Marketing on market potential.
• Develops and monitors regional placement strategies and overall business approach.
• Maintains professional relationships with distributors and supports customers.
