• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional sales plans for the Northwest or South Mexico.
• Manage key accounts and build long-term partnerships.
• Coordinate with product lines and HQ for demonstrations and proposals.
• Lead the sales team, set targets, monitor progress.
• Oversee negotiations, contracts, and collections.
