Job summary

The Prince Retail Group of Companies in the Philippines seeks an Area Sales Manager to drive sales growth, acquire new clients, and lead the sales team across assigned branches in Mandaue and surrounding areas.

You will supervise daily activities, manage client relationships, develop strategic plans, train Sales Agents 1 and 2, and ensure branch targets are met through effective execution and leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing or related field.
• 3–5 years of supervisory experience in sales.
• Excellent organizational skills and people development ability.
• Energetic and motivating with strong negotiation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Researches and identifies potential clients and compiles target lists.
• Proactively visits new and prospective clients to present the company and products.
• Ensures sales generation from new accounts to meet area targets.
• Assists in developing strategic sales plans to expand market presence.
• Builds and maintains relationships with clients and suppliers; coordinates activities with branches.
• Leads Sales Agents 1 and 2 in daily activities and provides leadership.
• Trains team members on product features and competitive advantages.
• Submits sales reports on time and encodes calls, visits, and sales data.
