Job summary

Progressive Laboratories in the Philippines seeks a sales professional to drive growth across Bulacan, Nueva Ecija, Tarlac and key accounts. You will manage client relationships, process orders, and provide timely market feedback to optimize performance.

The role requires 2–4 years in sales within retail distribution, strong communication and negotiation skills, and willingness to travel across the coverage area. You will prepare quotations and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• College graduate in Animal Nutrition, Animal Science, Veterinary Medicine, Marketing, or related science.
• 2–4 years experience in Sales‑Retail distribution and marketing in the coverage area.
• Ability to generate new market in assigned area with leadership.
• Good communication skills (verbal and written).
• Willing to travel and drive.
• Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage sales across Bulacan, Nueva Ecija, Tarlac and selected accounts.
• Maintain and update client records for the area.
• Submit monthly and weekly sales reports.
• Input customer orders via the Sales App and liaise with assigned sales coordinator.
• Ensure regular client visits and meeting their requirements on time.
• Prepare and send quotations on client request.
• Address and document client concerns and complaints.
• Report on sales performance and market activities.
• Coordinate allocation of materials based on forecast.
• Travel within coverage area as required.
