Job summary

Responsibilities

Provide strategic leadership for multiple distribution sales teams.
Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize market share and revenue growth in motorcycle/auto categories.
Lead recruitment, onboarding, training, and development of sales reps.
Coach and mentor sales reps to hit individual and team targets.
Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer needs to identify new opportunities.
Oversee pricing strategies and maintain competitive pricing.
Develop and implement sales training programs.
Collaborate with marketing on integrated campaigns.
