SM Retail Inc. is seeking an experienced retail operations leader based in Davao, Philippines. You will create store strategies, manage multi-store plans, and drive sales growth while ensuring stock integrity, customer service excellence, and compliance across the network.

You will oversee budgeting, space and manpower optimization, and develop succession plans while coordinating with HR to meet business needs. A proactive, strategic thinker with strong KPI experience is essential.

Formación

• Graduate of a business-related course.
• At least 5-10 years of retail operations experience.
• Experience managing an area, cluster, or multiple stores.
• Strong understanding of operational KPIs and performance metrics.
• Retail industry background is required.
• Strategic thinker who can contribute to operational improvements and business growth.
• Proactive and results-oriented.
• Based in Davao, Philippines.

Responsabilidades

• Create store-level business strategy with forecasting and risk; drive sales growth.
• Develop and manage store business plans to hit KPIs and opportunities.
• Monitor branch sales with Store Managers and address underperformance.
• Formulate annual action plans and operating budget.
• Optimize space and manpower productivity across stores.
• Oversee stock control and communicate with Merchandising for stock flow.
• Ensure customer service excellence and staff competence.
• Implement safety, security and compliance measures.
• Ensure adherence to sales quotas and policies.
• Coordinate with HR on hiring plans and career development.
