Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervises general store operations to achieve business targets and ensures adherence to KPIs and budgets.
• Resolves store issues, monitors compliance, and suggests improvements for efficiency.
• Reviews business results and market data to support timely reporting and decision making.
• Controls operating expenses to stay within approved budgets.
• Develops networks and seeks opportunities to generate additional revenue for the business.
• Manages manpower planning, deployment, and personnel movements as needed in the stores.
• Trains staff and monitors performance to meet sales targets across assigned stores.
• Drives sales through direct leadership and store visits, ensuring 100% compliance with policies.
• Coordinates store openings/closes and mall coordination for construction activities.
