The ideal candidate brings retail management experience, people supervision, and a track record of improving store performance while ensuring excellent customer service. Regular travel within the North Metro Manila area is required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate branch performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Develop action plans to support sales growth and operational efficiency.
• Guide store supervisors in achieving business objectives.
• Review inventory levels, stock movements, and store requirements.
• Visit assigned branches to monitor daily activities and service standards.
• Support workforce planning, employee development, and performance management.
• Handle escalated operational concerns and recommend solutions.
• Coordinate with management regarding branch performance and updates.
