Job summary

OKX is building local exchange capabilities and seeking a product leader to own the 0-to-1 growth strategy for a specific region. You will translate regulatory landscapes, user needs, and competitive dynamics into a compelling product and growth plan, coordinating with regional and global teams to drive local adoption.

The role requires hands-on product leadership, strong collaboration, and a deep network in the local market to accelerate market entry and growth in emerging spaces like crypto

Qualifications

• 0-to-1 growth experience in an emerging market
• Strong product management with roadmap, metrics, and experiments
• Proven cross-functional collaboration across design, engineering, data, and commercial
• Excellent written and verbal English; Mandarin is a plus
• Deep local market knowledge and established regional network

Responsibilities

• Own product strategy and local growth planning for a specific region or country
• Translate local regulatory landscapes, user profiles, and competitive dynamics into strategy
• Collaborate with Local and Global product/engineering to deliver region-specific initiatives
• Identify and scale high-impact growth channels with local partners
• Drive onboarding, fiat deposits, trading experiences, and user engagement improvements
