Job summary

Kueski is seeking a Growth Team Lead to own and drive active customer growth across Kueski Pay and Kueski Cash. You will pair senior product leadership with commercial ownership, setting ambitious targets and leading a cross-functional Growth Team including Lending, Marketing, Branding, CX, Data, Account Management, and Risk.

You will prioritize growth levers, build the necessary lifecycle marketing infrastructure, and establish shared metrics to ensure scaling and sustainable performance,

Qualifications

• 7+ years in product management with cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience owning a growth P&L or equivalent commercial accountability.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and resolving trade-offs.
• Working knowledge of lifecycle marketing and growth infrastructure.
• Strong analytical and experimentation background.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders, including CEO/CFO-level.
• English and Spanish professional proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Own the growth strategy and commercial outcomes for Kueski Pay and Kueski Cash.
• Lead a cross-functional Growth Team across Lending, Marketing, Branding, CX, Data, Account Management, and Risk.
• Develop activation, engagement, retention, and reactivation initiatives.
• Establish and monitor pillar OKRs and leading indicators with cross-functional leads.
• Communicate progress and results in quarterly leadership reviews.
