Job summary

JLL is seeking an experienced Operations Manager (P3) in Taguig, Philippines to lead a diverse team including Senior Data Analysts, Training Specialists, and Senior Engineering Operations Specialists. The role requires hands-on Corrigo expertise, strategic leadership, and effective collaboration with senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, engineering, operations management, or a related field.
• 2–3+ years of progressive operations management, with at least 2–3 years in a people leadership role.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
• Proven experience managing cross‑functional teams across data analytics, training, and/or engineering operations.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop Team Leads and their teams across data analytics, training, and engineering operations.
• Establish and monitor KPIs for each function and drive continuous improvement.
• Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure quality, timeliness, and client satisfaction.
• Institutionalize SOPs, playbooks, and best practices across teams.
• Foster psychological safety and a culture of collaboration and performance.
