Job summary

JLL in Taguig, Philippines, seeks a seasoned leader to guide the Vendor Performance Management team within the APAC region. You will oversee end-to-end VPM activities, including scorecard creation, CAP tracking, and SPM coordination, while driving process improvements and stakeholder alignment.

Qualifications

• Experience in vendor performance management or procurement operations.
• Proven ability to lead and develop a multi-disciplinary team.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects with tight timelines.
• Demonstrates a sense of urgency and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience with Jaggaer or similar e-procurement platforms preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of analysts supporting end-to-end Vendor Performance Management in APAC.
• Oversee scorecard creation, CAP tracking, and SPM meetings.
• Provide guidance on vendor performance methodology and escalation protocols.
• Ensure timely scorecards, CAPs, and reporting across accounts.
• Coach the team and allocate workload across simultaneous SPM cycles.
• Maintain records/logs of scorecards, CAPs, and SPM documentation in Jaggaer.
