Job summary

Aboitiz Foods, a regional leader in pet nutrition, seeks a Regional Sales Manager – Pet Food to drive sustainable sales and revenue growth across assigned markets in Asia. You will lead the sales organization, develop key accounts, and strengthen distributor networks while ensuring outstanding customer experience.

You will forecast, budget, manage receivables, monitor market trends, and collaborate with internal teams on product availability and pricing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Animal Science, Veterinary Medicine, or a related field.
• Postgraduate degree or advanced studies in Business, Marketing, Animal Nutrition, Animal Science, Veterinary Medicine, or a related discipline is an advantage but not required.
• 8-10 years of progressive sales experience, preferably within the Pet Food, Animal Nutrition, Animal Health, FMCG, Consumer Goods, or related industries.
• At least 7-10 years of experience leading and managing sales teams, territories, distributors, or key accounts.

Responsibilities

• Drive sustainable sales and revenue growth within the assigned market or region through effective sales strategy execution.
• Expand the customer base, strengthen distribution and market coverage, develop key accounts and strategic partnerships.
• Forecasting and budgeting, receivables and credit management, market and competitor intelligence, coordinating with internal stakeholders to ensure product availability.
• Lead and develop the sales organization, set performance expectations, and build team capabilities to achieve business objectives.
• Develop relationships with veterinarians, breeders, trainers, associations, universities, influencers, and other industry partners.
• Distributors: develop and strengthen the distributor network to improve market coverage and product availability.
