Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, sales, animal science, or veterinary fields.
• Postgraduate degree is an advantage but not required.
• 8–10 years of progressive sales experience in Pet Food or related industries.
• 7–10 years of experience leading sales teams, territories, distributors, or key accounts.
• Proven abilities in sales planning, revenue management, and budgeting.
• Strong distributor, channel, and customer relationship management.
• Willingness to travel regularly and strong data-analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive sustainable sales and revenue growth in the assigned market.
• Expand customer base across pet shops, clinics, supermarkets, online platforms, and other channels.
• Lead the sales organization, set clear performance expectations, and build capabilities.
• Forecast sales, budgeting, receivables, and credit management.
• Develop key accounts and strategic partnerships.
• Coordinate with internal teams for product availability and promotions.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
• Build distributor network and monitor performance.
• Ensure customer experience and retention.
• Travel regularly within territories as required.
