Job summary

Pilmico, a leader in pet food within Asia, seeks a Regional Sales Manager to drive sustainable revenue growth across markets through strategic sales execution, strong distributor partnerships, and effective team leadership.

You will expand the customer base, strengthen distribution, and ensure an exceptional customer experience while overseeing the pet food PNL and collaborating with internal stakeholders to optimize profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 8–10 years of progressive sales experience in Pet Food or related industries.
• Experience leading and managing sales teams and territories.

Responsibilities

• Develop annual sales plans, budgets, and targets.
• Expand the customer base across pet shops, veterinary clinics, supermarkets, online platforms, and other channels.
• Grow distributor network and manage performance.
• Manage key accounts and stakeholder relationships.
• Forecast sales and monitor market trends and competitor activities.
• Lead and develop the sales team to meet targets and improve capabilities.
• Ensure quality, food safety, compliance and profitability.
