Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an HR Operations professional to supervise a team of specialists handling global record management and data inquiries. You will support regional managers, ensure privacy and data integrity, and coordinate with Payroll, Benefits, Talent Acquisition, IT, and Employee Experience.

Responsibilities include guiding HR system transactions, driving process improvements, and timely data entry to support downstream operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Payroll, or related field.
• 3+ years of related work experience in a multi-division, multi-state environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision to multiple specialists supporting record management and data inquiries across a world region.
• Assign tasks and monitor workflow of the team.
• Review metrics with management to analyze workflow and trends.
• Maintain schedules and arrange coverage to meet service goals.
• Train and guide direct reports on HR systems transactions.
• Liaise with Payroll, Benefits, Talent Acquisition, IT, and Employee Experience to address inquiries.
• Promote data integrity and confidentiality across HR data.
