Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a data-driven HR professional to support global talent and compensation programs through accurate data analysis, reporting, and operational execution. You will prepare, validate, and maintain HR data related to compensation, job structures, and talent processes to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (HR, Business, Finance, Analytics).
• 2–4 years of HR, compensation, analytics, or related experience.
• Experience with HR data, reports, or analytics in a process-driven environment.
• Proficiency with Excel and data-analysis/reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Support global talent and compensation programs through data analysis, reporting, and execution.
• Prepare, validate, and maintain HR data for compensation, job structures, and talent processes.
• Assist in annual and cyclical compensation activities, including data audits and system uploads.
