Job summary

The Magnum Ice Cream Company is seeking a results-oriented professional to lead trade coverage and store replenishment planning in the assigned area in the Philippines. You will manage third-party agencies to meet SLA commitments for Inventory and Merchandising hiring, deployment, and billings, while coordinating capability-building programs with partners and executives.

Responsibilities

Lead in trade coverage and store replenishment planning/management in the assigned area.
Oversee SLA compliance of third-party agencies on Inventory and Merchandising Specialist hiring, deployment and billing.
Coordinate with third-party management on capability-building programs and initiatives; align with key customer executives on operations requirements.
Coordinate with Outbound Logistics, CMU, and Cabinet Management Unit teams on procedures and schedules for outlets and cabinets.
Drive local and national promotions and merchandising aligned to Trade Execution Plan and Perfect Store standards.
