Job summary

Qualifications

• College degree or 3-year technical course completed.
• Ability to organize, lead and coach a team in a manufacturing setting.
• Strong English reading and basic communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate, maintain, improve and repair OMIR equipment to meet targets.
• Lead shift manning coordination and induct new employees.
• Apply ICMS philosophy and drive continuous improvement.
• Identify losses, waste and cost drivers and translate into actions.
• Coach machine operators and manufacturing crew to excel.
