Job summary

Savers Air Solutions is seeking a Regional Operations Manager to lead the performance and service excellence of our HVAC regional offices. You will direct branch activities, oversee field engineers, and optimize logistics, inventory, and maintenance programs.

The role requires 5–8 years of leadership in operations, strong HVAC knowledge (VRF, chillers), budgeting and KPI management, and willingness to travel across regional hubs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical field.
• 5–8 years of progressive leadership experience in operations management or technical service operations.
• Strong technical understanding of HVAC systems (VRF, chillers, package units, split-types).
• Experience leading multi-site teams and managing field operations.
• Excellent budgeting, P&L, and financial acumen.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day regional branch operations across sales, warehousing, logistics, and field services.
• Monitor HVAC project schedules, PMAs, and installation timelines.
• Establish and track KPIs for productivity, service turnaround times, and costs.
• Lead and evaluate field engineers, technicians, and admin staff across hubs.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and manufacturer guidelines.
• Coordinate training and upskilling for cooling/building technologies.
• Manage regional spare parts inventory and warehouse logistics.
• Prepare operational reports on sales conversion, service revenue, asset utilization, and labor efficiency.
