Emma -- The Sleep Company is seeking an intern to support regional procurement operations in Manila, focusing on maintaining SKU master data, pricing, supplier details, and compliance information. You will track open orders and delivery timelines, and help improve on-time performance and tagging accuracy.

The role requires an undergraduate student in Engineering or Data Analytics, with strong data skills, Excel proficiency, and a willingness to report to the BGC office at least twice per week.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate student in Engineering, Data Analytics, or related field.
• Able to report to the BGC office at least twice per week.
• Must have 12 or fewer academic units in current or upcoming semester.
• Available for at least a 6-month internship.

Responsabilités

• Support regional procurement operations by maintaining master data and SKU information.
• Monitor purchase orders and delivery timelines to improve supplier accountability.
• Validate invoice and delivery data against purchase orders and reconcile discrepancies.
• Enhance procurement reporting and KPI visibility through data integrity enhancements.
