You will forecast regional performance, develop market expansion plans, and partner with marketing to execute promotions and training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales and at least 3 years in team management.
• Experience working closely with KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders) in the relevant segment with travel upcountry (50% travel).

Responsibilities

• Provide continuous tools and education to self and team members to ensure up-to-date industry, competitor and product knowledge.
• Maintain knowledge of the industry and the competition continually seeking information from physicians, suppliers, and others to support regional strategies.
• Collect data from the region on competitor sales tactics and prepare the team to counter them and keep the marketing organization aware.
• Maintain awareness of industry trends and their impact on local/regional sales activities.
• Prepare quarterly regional sales forecast and participate in determining market potential and sales expense estimates.
• Develop in-depth knowledge of the products and services provided by the division.
• Develop markets and businesses according with divisional goals and objectives, through execution while optimizing tools.
• Identify sales forecast gaps, submit corrective strategies and implement growth.
• Develop and recommend expansion analysis of new field territories.
• Develop and monitor a region targeting program.
