The Regional Manager is a full-time, hybrid role based in Makati, with flexibility for partial work-from-home arrangements. This role oversees International Property Specialists, ensuring targets are met through effective planning, coaching, and performance management of a diverse sales team. The Regional Manager is responsible for developing and executing regional marketing strategies, monitoring market trends, and identifying new business opportunities in alignment with Ayala Land’s global growth objectives. Daily responsibilities include managing broker networks. The role also involves preparing regular reports, analyzing sales data, maintaining compliance with company policies, and fostering strong client and stakeholder relationships.
