Role Description

The Property Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Taguig, responsible for promoting and selling Ayala Land Premier properties to prospective clients. Day-to-day tasks include identifying and qualifying leads, presenting property offerings, conducting viewings, and providing detailed information on project features, pricing, and investment potential. The role involves building and maintaining client relationships, responding to inquiries, and guiding clients through the reservation and documentation process. The Property Specialist collaborates with sales and marketing teams, participates in events and roadshows, and prepares regular sales reports and market feedback. This role requires consistent on-site presence to engage clients and support the sales operations of Ayala Land Premier developments.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication skills, including clear presentation and professional interpersonal interaction with diverse clients.
• Excellent Customer Service capabilities, with a focus on building long-term client relationships and delivering responsive support.
• Knowledge or experience in Residential Real Estate, including understanding of high-end developments and buyer preferences.
• Proven Sales skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing transactions.
• Ability to work on-site in Taguig, with flexibility to attend client meetings, property tours, and events outside standard hours as needed.
• Goal-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills and attention to detail in documentation and reporting.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred; relevant sales or real estate experience is an advantage.
