Job summary

Ayala Land International Sales, Inc. in the Philippines seeks a Regional Manager to lead and grow the sales network across premium properties.

You will oversee a team of salespeople, drive performance, and coordinate programs with major brands such as AlveoLand and AyalaLand Premier. The role requires at least 2 years managing sales staff, strong negotiation and communication skills, and the ability to work independently under pressure.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 2 years experience in managing salespersons.
• Experience with premium sellers from real estate brands.
• Knowledgeable in online and traditional selling.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• International sales experience preferred.
• Passport preferred.
