This role involves managing business growth, ensuring smooth operations across various streams, and expanding business networks. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in Business Development and Logistics, along with excellent time management and communication skills.

Formación

• Minimum of 6 years work experience in Business Development, Operations, Contract Logistics, and Freight Forwarding.
• Familiar with Freight Forwarding operations and Manufacturing processes.

Responsabilidades

• Manage overall business growth of the assigned region.
• Ensure smooth operations setup and execution across all business streams.
• Expand business networks with Customs and partners for various categories.
• Establish MOPs, KPIs, and measures for business streams.
• Meet or exceed annual target revenue.
• Accountable for team welfare in the region.
