This role is responsible for developing and executing market infrastructure, yard, warehouse, and delivery systems. It oversees warehouse and depot operations, including planning, leading, organizing, and controlling administrative functions.
The role ensures accuracy of warehouse documents by validating and signing forms, monitors record books and utility consumption, recommends scrap disposal, delegates tasks during staff absences, and advises on personnel actions such as hiring, movement, and discipline.
Inventory Management: Oversees stock monitoring, reconciliation, and ensures accurate inventory records
Stock Control: Maintains organized storage, minimizes variances, and ensures efficient stock movement
Inventory Audits: Conducts regular physical inventory and validates warehouse documentation
Stock Quality: Ensures product quality compliance including FEFO and clean bottle policy
Delivery Operations: Supervises dispatching, delivery efficiency, and return of empties
Asset Accountability: Assumes responsibility for stock discrepancies within the sales office
Fleet Management: Monitors condition, utilization, and productivity of vehicles, parts, and supplies
Equipment Supervision: Ensures proper use and productivity of forklifts and related equipment
Asset Reporting: Prepares reports on stock movement and vehicle conditions
Supplier Coordination: Evaluates and recommends external suppliers and services
Warehouse Compliance: Ensures adherence to Good Warehousing Practices and audit standards
Facility Management: Maintains warehouse cleanliness, safety, security, and overall condition
Operations Control: Oversees temperature control, pest control, and damage prevention
Material Management: Monitors and controls merchandising and promotional materials
Utility Monitoring: Tracks and manages warehouse utility consumption
Documentation Control: Verifies accuracy of records and warehouse forms
Personnel Management: Supervises staff, delegates tasks, and recommends HR actions
Days: Monday to Saturday
Time: 6:00 AM to 5:00 PM
College graduate of Industrial Engineering, or any other similar discipline
With 3 - 5 years experience in Logistics, preferably in FMCG industry
With experience in execution of market infrastructures, yard, warehouse and delivery system
Holder of Professional Driver’s License with a Restriction Code of A, A1, B, B1, B2
