Job summary

Arcadis is seeking a Health, Safety and Wellbeing (HSW) Support role focused on a designated region, delivering remote, process-driven guidance with strong data management across HSW systems. The position ensures standardized practices, proper documentation, and compliant operations.

The role involves maintaining controlled documents, managing training and certifications, generating HSW reports and KPIs, and collaborating with regional HSW managers to implement policies and new software

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or professional certifications in Health Safety Wellbeing (Preferred)
• 2+ years of experience in HSW or similar compliance roles
• Proficiency in MS Office and HSW management systems
• Excellent communication and organizational skill

Responsibilities

• Translate non-native language documents for national use and maintain controlled HSW records
• Control PPE, harness records and site-access documentation; collect data and generate HSW dashboards and KPIs
• Follow up on audits, support HASP reviews, and conduct self-assessments for quality assurance
• Draft meeting minutes and prepare materials for HSW communications, awareness campaigns, and e-learning
• Support local HSW initiatives, events, campaigns, intranet pages and related content
• Collaborate with regional/in-country HSW managers and IT/technical teams for system troubleshooting and enhancements
• Support HSW Global office in driving continuous improvement aligned with organizational goals
