Job summary

Arcadis is seeking an Health Safety Wellbeing (HSW) Administrator to provide focused HSW support across the region, ensuring processes and data integrity. You will manage controlled documents, incident logs, training records, and dashboards, while coordinating with Arcadis Global, customers, and subcontractors to maintain compliance and delivery excellence.

The role emphasizes data accuracy, audit support, HASP reviews, and basic software testing, with collaboration across IT and regional HSW

Qualifications

• Proficient in MS Office and HSW management systems.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Experience in health, safety and wellbeing compliance beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Maintain controlled HSW documents and records (policies, registers, incident logs, training).
• Generate HSW reports, dashboards, and monthly KPIs with data compliance.
• Coordinate audits, inspections, and HASP reviews; support training tracking.
• Assist with HSW system troubleshooting, software testing, and IT collaboration.
• Support local HSW initiatives, intranet content, and communications.
