Job summary

The role requires at least 2 years in HSW or similar roles, strong MS Office skills, and the ability to coordinate audits and HASP reviews while supporting local campaigns and communications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or professional certifications in Health Safety Wellbeing (Preferred).
• 2+ years of experience in HSW or similar compliance roles.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HSW management systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide focused HSW support for designated region, ensuring operational needs are met.
• Manage documents, records, incident logs, training records, and dashboards.
• Oversee PPE/harness records and site-access documentation.
• Collect data to produce HSW reports and KPIs with DE/EU compliance.
• Coordinate audits, inspections, and HASP reviews.
• Draft minutes and materials for HSW communications and e-learning.
• Support local HSW initiatives and content generation.
