Job summary

Arcadis is seeking a Health, Safety and Wellbeing (HSW) professional to provide focused support for a designated region, ensuring compliant and reliable HSW operations.

You will translate documents, manage records, oversee PPE and site-access documentation, and compile HSW reports, dashboards and KPIs.

With 2+ years in HSW, strong MS Office skills, and excellent communication, you will help implement audits, HASP reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Professional certifications in Health Safety Wellbeing (Preferred).
• 2+ years of experience in HSW or similar compliance roles.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HSW management systems.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Translate non-native language documents to ensure suitability for national use.
• Maintain controlled HSW documents and records (policies, registers, incident logs, training records).
• Manage document flows among Arcadis Global, customers, subcontractors, and external providers.
