Job summary

Arcadis is seeking a Health, Safety and Wellbeing (HSW) professional to provide focused support for a designated region. The role emphasizes remote, process-driven guidance, document control, data management, and compliance across HSW systems to enable safe operations.

You will manage records, track training, support audits, and contribute to continuous improvement with regional and in-country teams. A background in HSW compliance and strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or professional certifications in Health Safety Wellbeing preferred.
• 2+ years in HSW or similar compliance roles.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HSW management systems.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Translate non-native language documents for national use.
• Maintain controlled HSW documents, records, policies, registers, incident logs, and training records.
• Manage PPE, harness records, site-access documentation; oversee data collection and KPI reporting.
• Follow up on audits, inspections, HASP reviews, and action plans; support QA activities.
• Coordinate training registration, medical examinations, and first-line support for HSW systems.
• Assist with software pilot testing, IT-system troubleshooting, and collaboration with regional HSW teams.
