Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, psychology, business administration, or related field.
• At least 2 years HR experience, preferably as HRBP or HR Generalist.
• Experience supporting multiple branches or geographically dispersed teams is an advantage.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively within North Luzon.
• Willing to be based in Urdaneta, Pangasinan.

Responsibilities

• Partner with branch and business unit leaders on people-related matters and workforce requirements.
• Support recruitment and staffing of critical and hard-to-fill positions.
• Implement employee engagement and retention programs across assigned branches.
• Ensure consistent implementation of HR policies across branches and compliance with labor laws.
• Monitor headcount, turnover, vacancies, and recruitment status; provide updates to HR leadership.
