Confidential Careers is seeking a proactive HR Manager (Business Partnering) to support HR programs and employee relations across multi-site operations. The role partners with operations leaders to implement HR policies, programs, compliance, and workforce administration while fostering a positive employee experience.

Key responsibilities include managing lifecycle processes, benefits administration coordination, and driving engagement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Industrial Engineering, Business, Economics, or related discipline.
• At least 5 years of HR experience in labor relations, talent management, employee engagement, and data management.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Willing to travel and support both office-based and field-based operations.

Responsibilities

• Implement and coordinate HR programs and employee engagement initiatives across assigned units.
• Manage employee lifecycle processes including transfers, promotions, and separations.
• Support administration of employee benefits, enrollment activities, and claims processing with shared services.
• Facilitate employee relations cases, investigations, and due process in line with policies and labor requirements.
• Serve as HR partner to managers and employees on workplace concerns and policy interpretation.
• Drive initiatives that promote communication, collaboration, and organizational culture.
