Job summary

Wabtec Corporation seeks an experienced HR Operations Regional Leader to drive employee lifecycle and payroll services across APAC regions. You will lead a regional team, partner with HR centers of expertise, and optimize processes through technology and change management.

You will oversee system implementations, manage SLAs, ensure regulatory compliance, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver scalable, high-quality HR operations for the organization.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years in Human Resources with shared services experience.
• Experience managing APAC countries.
• Experience with HR administration and payroll in a large enterprise.
• Strong Excel skills with pivot tables and VLOOKUP.
• Proven leadership and team development.
• Experience with Workday and ServiceNow.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional HR Operations team delivering employee lifecycle and payroll services.
• Partner with HR stakeholders and Centers of Expertise to optimize processes.
• Manage SLAs, drive continuous improvement and change management.
• Oversee system implementations and regional/global projects.
• Ensure compliance with local regulatory requirements.
